Wholesalers: You may return unwanted and/or overstocked copies of books that are in original condition, within 180 days of the fulfilled purchase order. 

• After you submit your online order, you will receive a series of confirmation emails (contingent upon the Delivery Method you choose).

  Order confirmation email - we confirm that we received your order and provide you with your Order ID Number.

  Shipped email - we let you know your order ships out on this day. Our UPS shipments leave our warehouse at 4:30 PM weekdays. USPS shipments leave our warehouse at 3 PM weekdays. 

  Web orders generally ship in 1-3 business days, but during our peak months - June, July, October, and November - processing & shipping time could take longer. Delivery times vary according to your delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order.

  Order Canceled email - there are a few reasons why we would cancel your order. 1- you asked us to, 2- your credit card was declined, 3-we are out of stock and the item won't be replenished

  Backordered email - we are out of stock of an item, but the item is on its way to the Bookstore. The item will be processed, billed, shipped to you when it arrives.
